Конфіденційність користувачів, особливо дітей, є пріоритетом. Додаток «Flick & Strike» (надалі — «Додаток») розроблено як сімейну гру, безпечну для користувачів будь-якого віку. Ця Політика пояснює принципи обробки інформації.
Розробник особисто не збирає, не зберігає і не продає такі персональні дані, як ім'я, email, адреса чи номер телефону. Увесь ігровий прогрес та створені рівні зберігаються виключно локально на пристрої користувача (принцип «Offline-First»).
Водночас звертаємо увагу, що сторонні сервіси, інтегровані в Додаток (розділ 3), можуть автоматично отримувати обмежені технічні дані — наприклад, рекламний ідентифікатор пристрою, IP-адресу або дані про збої застосунку — для забезпечення своєї роботи. Ці дані обробляються відповідно до політик конфіденційності відповідних сервісів, а не Розробника.
Додаток розроблено з урахуванням вимог щодо захисту дітей в Інтернеті (COPPA, США) та європейських стандартів (GDPR, зокрема положень щодо згоди дітей — «GDPR-K»).
Розробник свідомо не збирає особисту інформацію від дітей віком до 13 років (або до 16 років у ЄС).
Для аудиторії, позначеної як дитяча, реклама через Google AdMob налаштована з тегом обмеженої обробки даних (Tag for Child-Directed Treatment / Tag for Users under the Age of Consent), а не лише фільтрується за віковим рейтингом контенту. Це означає, що для таких показів вимикається персоналізована реклама та обмежується збір даних згідно з вимогами Google Play Families Policy.
Якщо вам стало відомо, що дитина надала персональну інформацію в обхід цих механізмів, зв'яжіться з нами за контактами в розділі 7 — ми вживемо заходів для видалення такої інформації.
Додаток використовує такі сервіси Google, які можуть автоматично збирати анонімні або псевдонімізовані технічні дані (наприклад, модель пристрою, рекламний ідентифікатор чи звіти про збої) для забезпечення роботи гри. Ці сервіси діють згідно з власними політиками конфіденційності:
Якщо ви бажаєте реалізувати свої права щодо даних (доступ, виправлення, видалення тощо), зверніться безпосередньо до відповідного стороннього сервісу, що обробляє ці дані, за посиланнями вище.
Оскільки дані не зберігаються на серверах Розробника, користувач має повний контроль над ними:
Ця Політика регулюється законодавством України, без шкоди для прав, які користувачі з ЄС мають відповідно до GDPR, або користувачі з інших юрисдикцій — відповідно до місцевого законодавства про захист персональних даних.
Ця Політика конфіденційності може час від часу оновлюватися. Дата останнього оновлення вказана на початку документа. Суттєві зміни (наприклад, поява нових сторонніх сервісів або зміна принципів обробки даних) будуть додатково виділені в цьому розділі. The privacy of our users, especially children, is a priority. The "Flick & Strike" app (hereinafter — the "App") is designed as a family-friendly game, safe for users of all ages. This Privacy Policy explains the principles of information handling.
The Developer does not personally collect, store, or sell personal data such as name, email, address, or phone number. All game progress and created levels are stored exclusively locally on the user's device (an "Offline-First" principle).
At the same time, please note that third-party services integrated into the App (see Section 3) may automatically receive limited technical data — such as the device's advertising identifier, IP address, or crash reports — in order to function. This data is processed in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective services, not the Developer.
The App has been designed with regard to requirements for protecting children online (COPPA, USA) and European standards (GDPR, including provisions on children's consent — "GDPR-K").
The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EU).
For audiences flagged as child-directed, advertising served through Google AdMob is configured with a restricted data processing tag (Tag for Child-Directed Treatment / Tag for Users under the Age of Consent), rather than being filtered by content rating alone. This means personalized advertising is disabled and data collection is limited for such impressions, in accordance with the Google Play Families Policy.
If you become aware that a child has provided personal information in circumvention of these mechanisms, please contact us using the details in Section 7 — we will take steps to delete such information.
The App uses the following Google services, which may automatically collect anonymous or pseudonymized technical data (such as device model, advertising identifier, or crash reports) to support the game's operation. These services operate under their own privacy policies:
